THE 3 BASIC ELEMENTS DEFINING AN INCOTERM
- Delivery.Transfer of risks.Division of costs.

THE MAIN FEATURES OF THE 4 MAIN GROUPS OF INCOTERMS.

ANALYSIS OF EACH INCOTERM WITH ITS SPECIFIC TERMINOLOGY.
- EXW : to make the goods available/to put at the disposal of.
- FCA : to constitute a full wagon/ container load.
- FOB : ship's rail / to load the goods on board the vessel, etc...
- Application exercices.
- Key sentences to be translated from French into English.
- Gap-filling exercises with phrasal verbs : to carry out...
- Complete a chart on division of costs and passing of risks relating to each term.

LAY-OUT OF EACH INCOTERM :
- Comments on titles (the same throughout the brochure).

ANALYSIS OF THE INCOTERMS AND GENERAL TERMINOLOGY THROUGH A CONCRETE EXAMPLE : EXW.
- Remarks on possible mistranslations.
- (ex: named = convenu, etc...). Application exercises.
